Late Night Talk: On the Town with Craft Cocktails

Mixologist Dale DeGroff, also known as King Cocktail, is credited with playing a major role in the revival of American cocktail culture. DeGroff will discuss the current craft cocktail revival—characterized by a renewed emphasis on quality ingredients and thoughtfully crafted classic cocktails—and how it can trace its history as far back as the 17th century.
