Experiments, art making, drop-in tours, films, and mini-talks are all part of a host of activities exploring the relationship of the fine arts and scientific discovery in partnership with the Perot Museum of Nature and Science.
Tom Angleberger, an artist-turned-writer known for his explosively popular Origami Yoda series, will lead a workshop demonstrating his process and encourage people of all ages to make their own origami creation. Explore a portable universe and expand horizons with experiments from the Perot Museum.
DART’s 2014 Student Art Contest finalists will be on view inside the DMA, and two DART buses displaying artworks will be parked outside.
