What is a timed ticket?
Timed tickets ensure entry to the exhibition at a specific time and date.
Due to the popularity of the exhibition and the high number of expected visitors, timed tickets are required for Dior: From Paris to the World.
How much are Dior: From Paris to the World tickets?
General admission to Dior: From Paris to the World is $20 on weekdays (Tuesday–Thursday) and $25 on weekends (Friday–Sunday).
Discounted or free admission is available for the following groups (weekday/weekend):
Seniors (65+): $18/$23
Military with DOD ID: $18/$23
Reciprocal Museum Memberships: $18/$23
Students with school ID: $16/$21
DMA Members: FREE
Children age 11 and under: FREE
All DMA Members and children age 11 and under are free. Regardless of age, every person must have a ticket with a specific assigned time slot for Dior: From Paris to the World, including held children or children in carriers and strollers.
If you purchase a membership, when you complete your membership transaction, you will receive instructions on how to obtain your DMA Member tickets for the exhibition in your confirmation email.
Why do I need a ticket?
Timed tickets ensure entry to the exhibition. Due the popularity of the exhibition, all visitors, including DMA Members, must have a timed ticket for entry to Dior: From Paris to the World.
I bought tickets for a time slot when the DMA is closed.
We have added extra hours to this exhibition for the entire month of August. The exhibition will be open from 10:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. August 1–31. Some of these time slots for Dior are available while the rest of the Museum is closed. You will still be able to experience Dior: From Paris to the World during this time; however, the other exhibitions and galleries will not be available during those times.
General Admission to the DMA is FREE every day, so you can come back and visit the other galleries and exhibitions at your convenience.
Do children require timed tickets?
All visitors require a timed ticket for this exhibition. Children age 11 and under are free and need a timed ticket for entry.
Held children or children in carriers and strollers need timed tickets for entry. An adult holding a child or an adult with a child in a carrier or stroller counts as two people.
Persons age 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
How often will tickets be released?
All tickets will be released on the third Monday of every month for the upcoming month. For example, tickets for July are released June 17.
Tickets are expected to sell out. Please secure yours in advance, online.
A very limited number of tickets are available onsite on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets may be presented in printed form or on a mobile device.
Where is the exhibition located?
The exhibition is located on the first floor of the Museum across from the Flora Street Entrance.
When do I need to arrive?
You will be assigned a time slot when you purchase your ticket. Once you have your ticket, plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the assigned time on your ticket to line up for entry into Dior: From Paris to the World.
What if I miss my allotted time?
Because of the timed nature of the experience, if you miss your assigned time slot for the day you need to purchase another ticket for a new time that day, or for another day.
No refunds or exchanges will be allowed for missed time slots. If the exhibition is closed for maintenance or repair, a ticket refund will be granted.
How many times can I go into the exhibition with my ticket?
Your ticket is valid for one entry into the exhibition at the specified time. Because of the nature of the installation, and to accommodate as many guests as possible, we are not able to permit multiple visits to the exhibition on the same day.
How long can I stay in the exhibition?
Your ticket is valid for one entry into the exhibition at the specified time. While there is not a set time limit, the estimated time to experience the entire exhibition is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
In order to maximize your experience, plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the assigned time on your ticket to line up for entry into Dior: From Paris to the World.
Due to the nature of the installation, and to accommodate as many guests as possible, we are not able to permit multiple visits to the exhibition on the same day.
How many works are included in the exhibition?
Dior: From Paris to the World includes over 100 haute couture dresses, as well as accessories, photographs, original sketches, runway videos, and other archival material, spanning more than 70 years of the House of Dior’s legacy.
Can I take photos or videos?
Photography is allowed with cell phones and small personal cameras.
Flash, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are prohibited in the exhibition and the Museum galleries.

Does my child need an adult chaperone?
Persons age 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
What do I do with my stroller?
Standard-size strollers are welcome in the exhibition; however, please note that stroller access may occasionally be limited in certain areas within the exhibition. For your convenience, stroller parking is available (please check with Museum staff upon arrival).

Can I request a tour guide?
There are no public tours of Dior: From Paris to the World available.
